Blueberry Cobbler -'Top notes of butter and juicy blueberries with a background
of freshly ground cinnamon bark and warm vanilla.'
As mentioned in the original blog post, I was leery about this vendor's tarts because they all had a weird soapy/waxy note. After letting them sit for several days, I finally melted this one and while it still had that weirdness when cold, I was surprised and relieved to find how much it changed while warm. Once melted it was a fabulous bakery scent! You definitely get the blueberries, but you quickly notice the buttery bakery notes right there too. You even get very slight hints of cinnamon every once in a while. I'm just so surprised how good it smells after all.
