So anyway, I'd actually gotten fall decorations out in mid or late September but decided I didn't have enough generic *fall* decorations to make it worth it, so I shoved everything back into the hall closet. The first week of October I decided to get the Halloween decorations out. We have quite a few, mostly a lot of little knick-knacky things. I didn't even have everything out of the closet when I decided I wasn't in the mood and put it all away again. A bit later that same day I was watching one of Jen's videos and seeing all of her decorations made me reconsider and drag mine out . . . again. In the end, I went with a minimal look this year. I stuck with the larger, more noticeable items, and left all the small 'eye clutter' things packed up.
And that's about all I have out this year. There are a few small pumpkins on my corner shelf that holds ancient family photos but I didn't bother taking a pic of those for whatever reason. But yeah, that's about it this time. We still don't have any pumpkins. I don't even know if we'll carve any this year. Hmmm.
Do you decorate much for Halloween?
